Our Team Leads plan, monitor, and document the development projects at Smart Refill. An assigned team usually consists of one or more back-end developers, front-end developers (iOS, Android, and/or web), designer and tester. Our Team Leads are great communicators, acting as bridges between the Key Account Managers and development teams.

Our Test Lead is an integral part of every development project. The Test Lead sets a test plan for the application and outlines the technical requirements for the project as user stories together with the KAM. During the development process, the applications are tested regularly by the Test Lead and/or a Tester, carefully documenting the results, that are used by the PM to prioritize further actions.

All the way from idea to launch, our design team makes sure that the applications are easy to use and look pretty. The Design Director leads our work in design, usability, proof of concepts, and company offer. The UX/UI Designer gathers user requirements, designs graphic elements and builds navigation components for the development team, in close collaboration with the KAM and the customer.
